Testing out a new series on Eternal Card Game you guys might be interested in watching. As you all know I like to experiment with a lot of decks and create chaos in the current meta. In this series I take a card or a group of cards that interests me and try to make it work. We will test it out in the Gauntlet first, then jump into ranked depending on how it does. Any suggestions are welcome and updated deck lists will be found below.
The Jekk’s Bounty Update gave us 16 new cards to play around with and Avisaur Patriarch is one of the cards that caught me eye. I’ve tried making a flier deck with Wild Cloudsnake before and I felt it was too vulnerable to a lot of things without the power to be able to take any big threats out easily. Dinosaurs on the other hand are much bulkier and have a good pool of fliers like Nesting Avisaur, Hunting Pteriax and Avisaur Patriarch. Which brings me to this deck.

Strategy
Control aggro decks early with Lightning Storm, Static Bolt and Storm Lynx ambushes.
Once it’s clear, put as many dinosaurs down as you can while buffing them with Ageless Mentor and Avisaur Patriarch’s Ultimate. You should be utilizing Nesting Avisaur to either lower cast costs or get another Echo out of a card like Twinbrood Sauropod to multiply quickly. You should always be on the offensive and trade unless they can chump block kill you unfavorably. Dinosaurs have huge attack and will be able to take on any blockers the meta has. If you can’t quite kill them, play Accelerated Evolution to match or fly over them.
If you reach late game search your deck for Talir and pray to RNGesus to destiny spam dinosaurs for the win!
